When you think about your individual well-being, you need to think about what your values are and how you want to live your life, and what kind of job you want to have given those values . . . for example, having set hours, or working four days per week. Increasingly, people are becoming more comfortable role modeling this, and speaking up. You have to be able to take care of yourself. If you don’t do that, the care of your patients will suffer.
