Dr. April Erlich, Johns Hopkins Medicine

On the softball field I was taught to never destroy the other team. If you know you’re going to win and have a team beat in skill and opportunity, slow down, let everyone play, work some fundamentals, and win with class. We have to remember to lift those who are not on our team up. And winning by a landslide is no win at all and something to be corrected.

Dr. Eric Last, Northwell Health, NY

Take one for the team if you have to.

Dr. Mariah Robertson, Johns Hopkins Medicine

Communicate clearly and frequently.

Dr. Margaret Chisolm, Johns Hopkins Medicine

Dr. Aline Charabaty, Johns Hopkins Medicine
