Highlights

Dr. Mariah Robertson, Johns Hopkins Medicine

Reading books with my boys. I love that they love it and always long for more. I love that they squeeze me into my spot in the bed and have to be in contact with me like a mama sandwich. It’s this sacred and beautiful time that I cherish so much.

Dr. Colleen Christmas, Johns Hopkins Medicine

My son and I have herbal tea to unwind most evenings. The warm mug, wonderful smells and tastes, and the awesome company are so joyful no matter what the day was like.

Dr. Shannon Scott-Vernaglia, Mass General

I love writing in my line-a-day journal before bed. I’m in year five of five, so I get to enjoy memories from “this day” over the last four years while writing a short line about today. It’s filled with #gratitude for the big things, the small things, the sad things, and the happy things.
