Highlights

A cozy scarf or sweater is a winter favorite of mine. Especially now that we've gotten our first snowfall in Southern Minnesota!

Mays Ali, MD, Mayo Clinic

Duh. My @Ravens jersey of course!

Margaret Chisolm, MD, Johns Hopkins University

Does an “I Voted” sticker count??? No big elections here this year but I’m looking forward to next November in particular. Otherwise, wool socks and boots!

Mariah Robertson, MD, Johns Hopkins University

My very well loved, very long and warm North Face puffy coat. It resembles a sleeping bag but has allowed me survive many a Chicago and Boston winter without freezing to death!

Ryan Chippendale, MD, Boston University

My favorite red wool scarf! Ive already started wearing it even though it's still 55 degrees in Maryland!

Zainab Obaidi, MBBS, Johns Hopkins University

My black cardigan sweater!

Paul Ranelli, MD, University of Minnesota

Cardigans, of course! Oh, and scarves! A nice scarf keeps you warm and makes you look fancy!

Kimberly Williams, Administrative Specialist, Johns Hopkins University

I spent the first 24 years of my life in Canada, and love flannel shirts and sweaters. As soon as the chill returns, I get excited to be able to bust these out.

Scott Wright, MD, Johns Hopkins University

I'm a Mainer, winter is our specialty! I love layering up a wool baselayer, followed by two Patagonia midlayers (environmentally and socially resposible!), topped off with the Patagonia Nano Puff or long Fiona Parka.

That said, I do not love the fact that when my patients come to see me wearing +++ layers that it takes them much longer to get undressed for the physical exam.
