Extra daylight is extra opportunity to bike with my kids after work, grill and have a long dinner in our backyard, start gardening, and feel that the weekday isn’t work>bed>work, but a chance to enjoy life more! So it’s extra energy and rejuvenation!

Extra daylight means a boost in my mood, a chance to remember that I get to be outside in the sunlight when others may not be able to, and a few more runs and evening walks!

I love the spring. I love the dormant buds reaching for the sun, the cool air in the morning giving way to warmth in the afternoon and back to cool again by evening. It just feels balanced and resilient and I am reminded we are too.

Dr. Eric Last

Every year I think how springtime came at the very last moment to save my sanity. The extra daylight gives the opportunity to reflect, recharge, and take stock. The cold/dark allows appreciation of the warm/light. And I can’t wait ‘til spring is here.
